Join Christians around the world in praying the scripture texts, reflections and prayers which were chosen and prepared by an ecumenical group gathered at the headquarters of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Armenia.
The prayers and reflections for the 2026 Week of Prayer have been prepared by the faithful of the Armenian Apostolic Church, along with their brothers and sisters of the Armenian Catholic and Evangelical Churches. We are reminded that unity is a divine mandate at the core of our Christian identity, more than simply an ideal. It represents the essence of the Church’s calling – a call to reflect the harmonious oneness of our life in Christ amidst our diversity. This divine unity is central to our mission and is sustained by the profound love of Jesus Christ, who has set before us a unified purpose. As the Apostle Paul asserts in his letter to the Ephesians, “There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling” (4:4). This Bible verse, chosen for the 2026 Week of Prayer, encapsulates the theological depth of Christian unity.

It is sure to be an amazing night where we bring the Christian Community together.
This year Funny in a Good Way has added a children’s event to the activities for the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. The event is being offered up free of charge. The event is designed for those who are 4 to 12, but all can attend. We will have a youth worship band delivering some songs and then we will amaze the folks in attendance with the talents of Bob and Julie Cates from Comedy in Motion.
